v1.33.0

This release brings bare-module v7.0.0 to Bare along with the new embedder context API. The upgrade to bare-module v7.0.0 brings our new threat model into effect as the module system now no longer carries a file system read capability of its own, instead relying on being passed such a capability by the embedder.
