v1.31.0

This release marks the deprecation of the Addon.cache, Addon.resolve(specifier), and Addon.load(url) APIs in favor of the newly introduced new Addon(url) API. The upcoming v7 release of bare-module will use this API to take full ownership of addon resolution, initialization, and caching, moving all of the associated complexity out of Bare itself. As always, less is more!
